I've been predicting this for ten years

Ever since George Bush, Dick Cheney and Condoleeza Rice conned the American public into invading Iraq, the writing has been on the wall.  Most of the mainstream press doesn't report this as well as not reporting the homelessness of returning veterans.  Before Gulf War I, America used to absolutely support veterans.  It used to be federal law that veterans had to get their old jobs back.  Under Bush, all jobs got sent to Asia and nobody gets jobs.  This is now as bad as Vietnam.  It was five years after I returned from there before I would include it on my resume because being a Vietnam vet was a guarantee to get turned down for a job.  Today's vets are getting the same treatment.

I think it's sad how much lip service America gives to supporting the troops, while letthing THIS happen!

Yeah, but he didn't start any of them. I don't think ANYONE can clean up the mess that G W made.
Those poor guys (and women too) are so filled with emotional distress that can't be undone. It's criminal what this country has done to its own.

I've been hearing this for a couple of years now....What these men and women see overseas has been described as lifechanging and horrific. Many can't handle it. Kids point very very realistic toy guns at soldiers and soldiers not knowing its a toy, end up killing the kids.....and it effects them. Many of these soldiers are fathers, brothers, etc......the emotional aspect takes its toll. And they can't deal with it. I've heard it time and time again from soldiers to people who work as contractors....
This should not be surprising at all. PTSD has become very very real to these people, and something the troops went through in Vietnam........
